Qaddar – Return & Exchange FAQ

Where can I register my return?

You can easily register your return via our returns page: Your Returns Page Link.

Enter your order number and email address, and you’ll immediately receive a return label and instructions.


Are return shipments free?

No, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


What are the return conditions?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in resalable condition, with all original labels attached.

  • Sale items can also be returned and may be exchanged for another product, a store credit, or the original purchase amount.


How long does it take to exchange a product?

If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will start processing immediately. Exchanges are usually completed within a few business days.


What if the product I want to exchange is out of stock?

If your desired product is out of stock:

  • Contact our customer service for options.

  • If your return is already shipped and the item is unavailable, we will reach out to find a suitable solution together.


Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is usually a five-digit code.

If you didn’t receive your email or lost it, contact our customer service — we’re happy to help.


What should I do if a product is damaged or defective?

If an item arrives damaged or defective, send an email to contact@qaddar.com with a photo of the issue. Our customer service will assist you promptly with a solution.


What if I want to return my order after 30 days?

Please ensure your return is delivered within 30 days. If this isn’t possible, contact our customer service — we may offer an exchange or store credit as an alternative.


How long until I get my refund?

  • After we receive your return at our warehouse, processing takes up to 10 business days.

  • Use your track & trace code to see when your return arrives — the 10-day processing period starts from that date.

  • Once processed, you will receive a notification. Refunds may take up to 3 additional days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
