Where can I register my return?
You can easily register your return via our returns page: Your Returns Page Link.
Enter your order number and email address, and you’ll immediately receive a return label and instructions.
Are return shipments free?
No, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the return conditions?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in resalable condition, with all original labels attached.

Sale items can also be returned and may be exchanged for another product, a store credit, or the original purchase amount.
How long does it take to exchange a product?
If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will start processing immediately. Exchanges are usually completed within a few business days.
What if the product I want to exchange is out of stock?
If your desired product is out of stock:

If your return is already shipped and the item is unavailable, we will reach out to find a suitable solution together.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is usually a five-digit code.
If you didn’t receive your email or lost it, contact our customer service — we’re happy to help.
What should I do if a product is damaged or defective?
If an item arrives damaged or defective, send an email to contact@qaddar.com with a photo of the issue. Our customer service will assist you promptly with a solution.
What if I want to return my order after 30 days?
Please ensure your return is delivered within 30 days. If this isn’t possible, contact our customer service — we may offer an exchange or store credit as an alternative.
How long until I get my refund?

After we receive your return at our warehouse, processing takes up to 10 business days.

Use your track & trace code to see when your return arrives — the 10-day processing period starts from that date.

Once processed, you will receive a notification. Refunds may take up to 3 additional days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
