Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Want a different size or color? Return your order and place a new one.
Refund Options

Gift Card (+10% Bonus): Receive your refund faster with 10% extra store credit. Processed within 2–3 business days after we receive your return.

Original Payment Method: Refunds to your original payment method usually take 7–10 business days after your return is processed.

Processing Time

Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.

You can track your return with your track & trace number — the 10 business days start from when we receive it.

You will be notified as soon as your refund is processed. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
